Carrie founded CoLab on a simple belief: recruiting should be collaborative, strategic, and built on genuine relationships—not transactional exchanges. After two decades leading talent acquisition at Big Four consulting firms, Big Tech, Fortune 500 companies, and staffing organizations of every size, she saw a gap in the market for a firm that truly partners with clients and delivers talent others can't reach.
Throughout her career, Carrie has built recruiting teams from the ground up, designed scalable talent acquisition strategies, and placed professionals across industries and levels—from entry-level roles to C-suite executives. She's known for finding passive talent that won't engage with traditional recruiting approaches and for building systems that work at scale. Her experience spans high-growth startups to global enterprises, giving her unique insight into what drives hiring success across organizational contexts.
Carrie's approach is rooted in understanding people—what motivates them, what they're looking for, and how to position opportunities authentically. She built CoLab to bring together elite recruiting expertise, cutting-edge technology, and the kind of strategic consultation that elevates how organizations hire. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Organizational & Interpersonal Communication from the University of South Florida. She is based in Tampa, Florida, and serves clients nationwide.
